After a night in San Francisco we arrived home on Thursday afternoon.  All that remains of Taiwan is the jet lag.  And the good memories.  Anne Marie and Tony are exceptionally generous hosts and we had such a good time exploring parts of their world.

easy grilled dinner

On Wednesday night we made a tasty all-grilled meal.  Pork chops, onions, bell peppers, and mini-portabella  mushrooms with goat cheese.

Pretty easy and really good.  We weren’t sure if we’d be able to keep our gas grill when we moved into Chicago, but our landlords were gracious enough to let us keep it in their yard.
